Personal Project | UI Design

Artists who sell online juggle a lot — storefronts, orders, inventory, analytics — across platforms that weren't designed with them in mind. arTIZt is a UI exploration for a web app dashboard that gives independent artists one clean, centralized place to manage and understand their online store. The problem came from something I observed firsthand — people I know who sell art online constantly switching between tabs, platforms, and spreadsheets just to get a basic picture of how their store is doing.

The Exploration

arTIZt is built around what an artist actually needs to know day to day. The dashboard surfaces:

  • A sales chart showing performance over time

  • Order status broken down into ongoing, sent out, and total

  • Active shopping services

  • Current sales offers

  • A daily report button for a quick snapshot to start or end the day

From the dashboard, dedicated sections for Orders, Products, and Analytics give a deeper view when needed — without burying the most important information.

What's Next

arTIZt is ready for a research phase. I'd want to talk to independent artists about how they currently manage their stores, what they check most often, and where existing tools let them down. That insight would sharpen the information hierarchy and validate the feature set before moving into a prototype and user testing.
